BY ORDERING ONE OF THE SERVICES OF ‘SMART PHOTOS’, I AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before booking one of these services: ‘Photo Booth Rental’, ‘Onsite Printing’, “Hashtag Printer’, ‘Polaprint’ or ‘Photocopter’, you must consider the following: Please make sure that you have the permission at your venue to use our services without trouble and there is sufficient space at your venue for free movement of our products and their placement. For Photo Booth, ‘Hashtag Printer’ or ‘Onsite Printing’ inventory (printer, table, chairs and white board) we will need minimum 2m x 1.5m space. ‘Photocopter’ needs minimum 4 m ceiling to fly. For our services smoothly functioning, the area must be provided by the separated power source (standard, 220 volt outlet).When you order ‘Photo booth Rental’ service, you have to inform us of any conditions that would make setting the booth up more difficult: going upstairs, long distances from unloading area to venue etc. If there are any complications that are not made known to us beforehand then unfortunately we may come out of agreed time.If the photo booth is not ready to start working at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. But if the hire does not start at the agreed time or the set up has been delayed due to any circumstances that we do not control, then the hire will still end by the agreed time. Weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, equipment failure – these are the reasons that may prevent us from attending your event. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about it and of course we will refund all the money prepaid.We are providing a service to you and your guests and therefore feel that our staff should be treated with the respect they deserve. ‘Smart Photos’ will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behavior to our staff. If this does occur we are within our right to terminate the hire. ‘Smart Photos’ can cancel a hire if we have a doubt that any equipment or property belonging to us is in danger of getting damaged or has been damaged due to rude behavior from guests. We also can refuse guests entry into the Photo Booth if they are too unruly. If we terminate the hire, the full cost of it is still payable. Before termination of course we will speak to the host first in order to try to resolve the issue.
You must consider that your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
